Frequently asked questions :

Opening hours : whole year , every day 24 hours

Check-in time : the rooms can be occupied normally at 2 p.m.  We will accomodate EARLY CHECK-IN on  abest effort basis !

Check-out time : we ask you kindly to leave the room till 11 o'clock on the departure day. For late check out request, please ask the receptionist! Till 3 pm the fee is 50% of the room price, after 3 pm the whole room price .

Breakfast is served  : from 7.00 till 10.00 every morning .

In case of earlier leaving  a cold package and hot tea or/and coffee  can be prepared for you. Breakfast to GO can be requested 1 day in advance at the Reception !

May I take the Key with me?

There is only one key per room, so we ask you kindly to leave it at the reception every time when you leave the hotel. Inconveniences about missing keys can be avoided as well.

About parking :

There is free parking facility for our guests in the hotel's garden. (1 car / room) In case of late departure you can leave your car with us.

About luggage-storage :

In case of early arrival or late departure we take care of your luggage .

Rooms facilities :

All rooms have their own bathroom and toilet. They are equipped with Mini Bar, Tv, telephone, hairdryer, safe-box, Wi-Fi internet connection.

Extra Bed : In some of our rooms can be added one extra bed. See its fee incl. breakfast at the prices

Preferences for the room : -  smoking or non-smoking

- for bed-type : 2 pers . in a king-size  bed or in twin beds

- 3 pers. in 3 separate bed or 1 king-size bed + 1 single bed (for families)

What does the room price include ?

  • accommodation
  • buffet-breakfast
  • use of swimming pool (during  opening hours )
  • Internet -access
  • closed parking lot (1 car / room)
  • VAT

The price is exclusive of : other services (Min Bar, telephone, laundry ) and the local Tourist-tax !

The City/Tourist tax : 4% of roomprice.

The bill can be paid in cash : HUF, EUR, USD, GBP, CHF  or by credit card.

Accepted credit cards : VISA ,Eurocard-Mastercard, AMEX

We don't accept any other type of travellers cheques !

Can we bring with us our pets ?

Due to our guests suffering from differrent allergies, pets are not allowed.

Children free of charge : up to 5 years old in the parents bed

Should we carry the baby-cot with us ?

We can prepare baby-cot (0-2years) in your room upon requests made in advance .

How can I order,  modify or cancel my reservation ?

By calling us or through our web site .

Steps for the reservation :

- Fill in Reservation field and click on the button GO !

- You will receive an automatic answer with your data and your reservation-number.

- Your request will be processed and we will contact you in any case! If we have room available we will send you a confirmation.

Steps for the cancellation :

Click on  "Cancellation" at the bottom of Booking page. A new page  will appear. Type in the number of the reservation, and click "Cancel".

How to modify the current reservation ?

The easiest way is to cancel the previous reservation and to make a new one according to the new details.

° Restaurant Fredie's, for 2 minuntes walking at the corner of Bíró Lajos and Villám streets.Traditional hungarian cuisine and wild specialities.(open : 12-19 week-days)

° Kalocsai Paprikacsárda , authentic  hungarian restaurant with hungarian folk-music and dance show (every day at 8 p.m).Reservation needed,ask at the reception.(~ 80 m from the hotel)

° Paracelsus Steakhouse and Pub, at Nagyvárad tér -metro station, about 10 min. walking .Hungarian and international cuisine, at reasonable prices.
